A local attorney is facing three counts of rape and two counts
of sexual exploitation of a minor, including one aggravated, according to the Loudon County
Kent Lowery Booher, 58, was arrested Wednesday evening at his 819 Trenton
St., home in Harriman. He is being held in the Loudon County Jail on $29,000 bond.
arrest stems from indictments handed down from a Loudon County Grand Jury," according to a Thursday
morning press release from the LCSO. "No other comments are available at this time as the charges
speak for themselves."
According to a professional profile on the Tennessee Bar Association
website, Booher received his license from the Tennessee College of Law in 1985. Booher's LinkedIn
profile said he has been practicing law in Loudon and Roane counties for 13 years.
