According the Loudon County Sheriff's Office,
Friday, Jan. 22 at approximately 7 p.m. the Loudon County Narcotics Division and the Tennessee
Department Of Children Services went to 984 Rady Town Rd. in Loudon County to remove what they
described as "two drug endangered children" from the location.
While at
that location, investigators observed the side door of the house had been damaged from being kicked
in. Investigators entered the home and observed several items laying in plain view that are used to
manufacture meth and other drug paraphernalia about the house. No one was found in the house at that
time. Investigators advised authorities in surrounding counties to be on the lookout for the
suspects Ashley N. Jenkins and Nathan D. Johnson along with their two children who were possibly at
an area motel.
The Loudon County Patrol Division located a
vehicle at the Inn of Lenoir motel in Lenoir City. After checking the Tennessee registration on the
vehicle it was found not to be the Raby Town Road suspect but it was connected to two other suspects
involved in another meth investigation by the Narcotics Division. The Sheriff's Office patrol deputy
observed the vehicle leaving the motel and stopped the vehicle on Harmon Lane in Lenoir
City.
During that traffic stop another meth lab was discovered in the trunk of
that vehicle. The department's reserve deputies were stationed at the Raby Town road location while
the Narcotics Divvision investigators responded to the Harmon Lane location to investigate the
mobile meth lab.
Found in the trunk of the vehicle was a cooking
one-pot method meth lab. Investigators interviewed Ashley McMahan and William Pappageorge who were
the occupants of the vehicle.
During the interview it was
discovered that while they were at the Inn of Lenoir in Room 237 they had manufactured meth with two
other subjects. Deputies from the Patrol Division and Criminal Investigation Division went and
secured the location. Two suspects were detained at that location, an Ashley K. Greenwood and Dustin
Lee Webster. When deputies and investigators entered Room 237 they immediately had to exit the room
due to the large amount of toxic fumes.
While investigating the Harmon
Lane and Inn Of Lenoir Meth Labs the suspects from the Rady Town Road lab arrived home and were
detained by deputies.
The Loudon County Meth Response Team, which is
made up of Deputies and investigators within the Loudon County Sheriff's Office, as well as Lenoir
City Fire Department and Loudon County Fire and Rescue and Rural Metro EMS responded to the scenes.
All the suspects involved with the three meth labs had to be decontaminated at the
scene.
Suspects arrested at the Inn of Lenoir were, Dustin L. Webster, a
24-year-old reportedly homeless man and Ashley K. Greenwood, 21, whose address was listed on Paw Paw
Plains Road in Lenoir City. Greenwood also reported to officers that she is eight months
pregnant.
Suspects arrested at the Harmon Lane location
were William Pappageorge, 33, from Niota and Ashley N. McMahan, 23, of Paw Paw Plains Road Lenoir
City. McMahan reported she is three months pregnant.
Suspects
arrest in the Raby Town Road lab include Ashley N. Jenkins, 24, of Raby Town Road in Philadelphia
included Nathan D. Johnson, 27, also of Raby Town Road and Matthew L. Faulkner, 28, of 12109 Big
Sandy Road in Philadelphia. There were two children removed from Ashley Jenkins and Nathan Johnson,
both children were under the age of six.

abuse.
