John 'Johnny Reb' William Jenkins

John "Johnny Reb" William Jenkins, 59, Lenoir City, peacefully went to the Lord on Saturday, Feb. 2, 2013. He was a member of Riverview Baptist Church and a veteran of the United States Army.

Johnny could be seen in all parts of Lenoir City making friends and working at Nelson Tires.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, William "Bill" and Lucy Billingsley; father, Benjamin Hardin Sr.; brother/nephew, Jordan Ryan Hardin and great nephew, J’evon Bell.

He leaves to cherish his memory, devoted mother, Vivian Hardin; sister, DeLoris (Darnell) Cowart, of Knoxville; brothers: Benjamin Jr. (Cassie) Hardin, Nathaniel (Teresa) Hardin, of Lenoir City, Perry (Karla) Hardin, of Byron, Ga.; devoted aunts, Mable (Raymond) Kerr, Clara “Mickey” Amos, Shirley Fletcher, Wanda McKee; uncles, W.J. (Ernestine) Billingsley, Eddie (Donna) Billingsley, Gilbert (Mary Katherine) Pride, and Paul Walker; nieces: Shimikia Bell, Tiffany Cozart, Raven Ewing, Dannielle Hardin, Cassie Cowart, Taliah Hardin; nephews, Shane Matlock, Brian Winton, Josh Underwood, Nathan Underwood, Michael Hardin, Kyle Jones, Shamar Cowart, Jordan Hardin; devoted friends, Rick, Randall and Eric Nelson, Kristy Quillen, Johnny Phibbs, and James A. Clark III; nine great nieces and eight great nephews along with a host of devoted cousins, other relatives and friends. 

The family received friends from noon-2 p.m. Wednesday at Click Funeral Home in Lenoir City.

Funeral services followed at 2 p.m. in the Click Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Anthony Cannon officiating. Interment will be in the Martel Memorial Cemetery. Click Funeral Home in Lenoir City is in charge of arrangements.
