Billy Shubert, 65, of Seymour, Ind., quietly and peacefully joined the Lord on Saturday, Jan. 5, 2013. Born to Charles Edward "Ed" and Jeanette Price Shubert on March 19, 1947 in Lenoir City.

Preceded in death by parents; brother, Jimmy; stepmother, Lucille Shubert; and father and mother-in-law Charles and Norma Ruth Speckner. Survived by loving wife of 42 years, Debbie Speckner Shubert; sons, Travis and Shane Shubert (Stephanie) and daughter, Tammy Lyons (Jason). Also survived by grandchildren, Sara, Skylar, Brittnie and London; brother-in-law, Ron Speckner (Mary Clare) and mother-in-law Margie Speckner, of Seymour. Bill also leaves behind brothers, Eddy Shubert (Doris), Bobby Shubert (Rhonda) and Tommy Shubert (Debbie) all of Lenoir City and sisters, JoAnn Shubert Oran of Oak Ridge and Lucinda Jobe of Lenoir City; many special nieces and nephews; special uncle and aunt, Wayne and Judy Howell of Lenoir City.
