Patricia Ann Turpin Lynn, 59, of Lenoir City, passed away Saturday, June 20, 2009, at her home from a long illness.

She was an administrative assistant for the Department of Energy.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Bill and Naomi Turpin; and by her brother, Billy Turpin.

Patricia is survived by her son, Marty Lynn and wife, Angie of Lenoir City; her daugther, Rhonda Munsey of Lenoir City; her brothers and sisters, Sheila Wallace and husband, Bob of Loudon, Kathy Ryan and son, Jarrod, Rickey Turpin and wife Kay, Brenda Terry and husband, Reuben and Jackie Turpin and wife, Shirley, all of Lenoir City; her grandchildren, Dillon and Amber; her special caregiver, Gene Lynn; her special great-niece, Kaitlyn Bright; and by several other nephews.

The family received friends Sunday with funeral services following in the Click Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Eddie Chasteen officiating. Family and friends gathered Monday in the Lakeview Cemetery for graveside services and interment.
