Situated in the Fourth Civil District of Meigs County, Tennessee, lying on the Southeast side of Nebo Road, and being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at an iron rod set in the Southeast side of Nebo Road, same marking the Northwest corner of the Franklin Harris property, Deed Book C-4, Page 865, and the Southwest corner of the panhandle to the property herein conveyed; from said point of beginning with Nebo Road North 34 degrees 07 minutes 40 seconds East 57.08 feet to an iron pin corner; thence with an unidentified lot South 88 degrees 04 minutes 58 seconds East 208.71 feet to an iron rod interior corner, and North 37 degrees 51 minutes 53 seconds East 222.67 feet to an iron rod corner; thence with the Connie and Robert Bunch property, Deed Book H-4, Page 286, South 88 degrees 04 minutes 58 seconds East 633.02 feet to an iron post corner; thence with the Bruce Woody property, Deed Book W-3, Page 65, South 09 degrees 45 minutes 20 seconds West 230.71 feet to an iron post corner; thence with the Franklin Harrison property peed Book C-4, Page 865) North 88 degrees 04 minutes 58 seconds West 971.40 feet to the point of beginning. Containing 3.88 acres according to that Survey by William W. Roberts Tennessee RLS Number 510 Athens, Tennessee, same dated 20 November 2002 and being Drawing Number 02-169. A copy of said survey is attached herewith, it being the basis for the foregoing description. There is conveyed herewith, and this conveyance is subject to the joint use of the gravel and asphalt drive as depicted on the above referenced survey. Being the same property conveyed to Lloyd J. Gordon and wife, Teresa Gordon by deed dated 11/25/02 of record in Book N-4, Page 390, Register's Office for said County. This conveyance is subject to any and all restrictions, easements, setback lines, conditions, plat of record, and encumbrances of record in the Register's Office for the aforesaid county.

The sale held pursuant to this Notice may be rescinded at the Successor Trustee's option at any time.
