A right of way and easement, 7 feet wide, for the placement and maintenance of a water line extending from subject property to U.S. Highway 11, the centerline runs parallel to Calloway Road, 11 1/12 feet from the edge of said road reserved in the deed recorded in Deed Book 174, Page 588, in the Register's Office for Loudon County, Tennessee.
