SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE'S SALE OF REAL ESTATE
WHEREAS, by Deed of Trust recorded in the Register's Office for Loudon County, Tennessee, in Trust Deed Book 1136, Page 18, on May 10, 2012, Wilrite, LLC to Allyn M. Lay, Jr., Trustee, the hereinafter described real property, to secure the payment of one Promissory Note dated May 9, 2012, from Wilrite to First National Bank of Oneida in the original amount of Four Hundred Eighty Four Thousand ($484,000.00) Dollars to First National Bank of Oneida, all as fully set forth in said Deed of Trust and Promissory Note; and
